Working with investors from all over the world SIG is focused on designing and achieving the investment goals of individual private investors, family-offices, wealth managers, and private equity funds.SIG specializes in the sourcing, acquisition, financing and asset management of institutional-quality investment property in the U.S. for its qualified private investor clients.

While SIG Equity works with a variety of commercial real estate clients and asset types, we are mostly recognized for our expertise and success in assisting private investors in the placement of their capital into less management intensive cash flow investment vehicles such as Net-Leased Investments or group- syndicated multi-family properties.  Syndication allows individual investors to place smaller amounts of equity, diversify their risk, and control higher institutional quality assets than would be possible on their own.

SIG also works with investors to source “distressed” and alternative investment opportunities including performing and non-performing individual and note portfolios.

The firm was formed in an effort to capitalize on the extraordinary dislocation and the corresponding opportunity in today’s real estate investment market. SIG’s goal is to provide investors with clear, straight-forward, and useful information in addition to off-market access to some of the most attractive investment opportunities in today’ market.

Only after we understand an investor’s cash flow needs, wealth building goals, and risk tolerance do we source the specific type of desired investment for our clients from a national network of brokers, developers, lenders, and owners.  While most investment advisors in commercial real estate are focused on the “Listing” business, we are extremely focused on using our expertise to represent investors on the “buy side” of  a multitude of opportunities so that there is no conflict of interest.

We are performance based and are only compensated on successful transactions and the placement of our clients’ private capital. Our strategic partner sponsors have unmatched experience in buying and operating large, institutional-quality multifamily properties and SIG Equity is deploying private and institutional capital to purchase apartment assets at prices that offer steady, long-term cash flow to its investors with significant risk-adjusted upside potential.

Special emphasis is placed on non-management intensive investment properties, 1031 exchanges, wealth creation and preservation. We work on a consultative basis offering knowledge and a complete, ready when needed, access to a large inventory of quality investment properties both  “on”  and “off market.

In addition to assisting investors through traditional investment brokerage, SIG Equity acts as a principal alongside experienced sponsors of multi-family real estate and other investment products. We offer these investment opportunities to accredited investors whom prefer not to manage the day to day operations of an asset and are focused conservative but stable returns with significant upside potential as the market recovers.
