We partner with third party management companies but provide asset management oversight and one point of contact for our clients.  Our partners have more than 12 million square feet under management. Because we beleive in providng best of class service by asset type, we partner with regional  property management companies that excel in particular niches wether it be student housing, office, industrial or other.


It's more important than ever to optimize a properties performance and reduce operating expenses. We use our other service partners to also assist in making sure our clients are taking advanatge of the latest cost segregation accelerated depreciation methods, and are recieving all relevant Energy Tax Credits to increase the assets cash flow and bottom line.

SIG Management offers a full spectrum of services aimed to help owners maximize value on their retail, office, and industrial properties, in addition to Owners' Associations. SIG Managementwas created to fill a much needed gap between management companies and their clients. While most companies seem to focus on their own bottom line, SIG Managementfeels that the relationship between manager and client is paramount to our company's success. Unlike other companies, SIG Management does not add frivolous charges on top of our management fee. Many of the services we provide to our clients are free of charge.
