Distressed Assets
We work closely through banks, developers, brokers, and other relationships to locate assets that would be fall into the “distressed asset” category. The reality is there are different opinions of what “distress” means, so one size does not fit all. From whole bank acquisitions, to loan portfolio, to individual assets, our relationships enable the SIG team to gain access to multiple sources of distressed assets with real motivation on the seller’s behalf. Please inquire for more detailed information on projects we are currently working on.
Types of Distressed Assets:
· Notes: Non-Performing, Performing, and Re-Performing (commercial and Residential)
· REO: Commercial and Residential individual and pools
· Whole Bank Recapitalizations
· Bank/Developer Joint Ventures for work outs
